Mary was incredible! I have never had a health trainer before, but Mary made it very easy and enjoyable to follow! In just a few weeks I was down 10 lbs and feeling incredible. Mary’s detox helped me feel more energetic and happier overall. I would definitely recommend her plan to anyone who wants to lose a little weight, feel more confident in their body, and clean up their diet a little bit! Thanks Mary for helping me!!

Mary was ever-present during the two months that I worked with her. I learned about a new plant-based way of eating that is sustainable and simple to follow. I have started my session of lifetime plan with Mary in December 2019. It's been great experience for me, with her detox plan as well as lifetime plan. She is very dedicated to your health and healthy eating habits. I got coached by her everyday through Loseit app and received amazing guidance through out. My food habits changed and I lost around 8 lbs, and still going. Now I have committed to continue these food habits. Thanks Mary for helping me with this journey.

Mary was amazing to work with and extremely supportive. She really cares about her clients and is there for you. Her recipes are amazing and I truly enjoyed her meal plans and if you do what she suggests, it works!! Highly recommend Mary!

I can’t say enough about Mary. I always thought I was living a healthy life, but she educated me a lot on ways I could improve that. And my digestive issues are no longer an issue. My main goal was to improve my health, which WE accomplished. My cholesterol is also way down. I think the most valuable thing she provided to me was the education each step of the way. Mary's been an absolute blast to work with. Not only is she kind and supportive, but also cares about your progress as a client and an individual. A lot of the other nutritionists/trainers that I have talked to aren't as effective or as good as Mary for what she offers. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a help in getting healthier.

Mary is a definitely an expert in weight loss in difficult cases and health improvement! No diets or doctors could help me with my peri-menopause and fibromyalgia complicated weight loss issues, but Mary has brought me success and a much improved quality of life. She has lots of great recipes and plans and her quick responses to any questions makes this easy to follow. She is professional, personable and responsive. I particularly like how she problem solves with creativity. I highly recommend working with her!

Mary had been coaching me for 6 months. It is anamazing and eye opening to learn about food and nutrition. With that is very easy to stay on your goals. Mary is an amazing coach and a very knowledgeable nutritionist. It is very scary to end being coached from her. But I want to see how I fair independently.
That's what her plan is about after all. I'll always keep going back to her detox plan, which is very simple and fantastic.
I used to think that I'm comfortable being overweight, But after losing almost 13 kgs, I feel a lot better. I am certainly able to achieve more with regards to physical and mental capacity.

About 8 weeks ago I met with Mary to discuss my nutrition and overall lifestyle. I started with the detox, and lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later I've lost just under 30 pounds and am back to my ideal weight. Moreover, I feel great and she taught me how to eat correctly. Eight weeks ago, I called Mary and asked her for help and guidance. For several years I'd been struggling to drop the 10-15 pounds that I gained after going through menopause. I thought I ate pretty well and I exercised regularly, but the scale never seemed to move. I went through Mary's two-week detox program and have followed her guidance and finally I am seeing some real results. The lifestyle plan she created for me is easy to follow. I have no cravings and overall her direction and teaching has been the jolt I needed. She has gently advised me through these several months and I highly recommend her for anyone needing a push in the right direction.

Working with Mary entirely changed my relationship with food. I used to pride myself on ‘not caring’ about food (I’m not a ‘foodie’). What that translated to was that I didn’t take the time and care to nourish my body with real food. Instead, I grabbed packaged foods for convenience, thinking I was being smart by consuming processed protein shakes and bars. Mary introduced me to delicious recipes and foods that made eating healthy enjoyable and made cooking fun. Planning, grocery shopping and cooking certainly take time, but that’s the investment and commitment required for good health. And I am committed to eating this way for life, without feeling like I’m giving up the pleasure of delicious, satisfying food.

During the time I worked with Mary, I logged my food for Mary to review on a daily basis and followed her customized workout plan. After the Two Week Detox Plan I lost 7 lbs. and completely eliminated food cravings. I also noticed a significant reduction in inflammation of her joints and an increase in energy and stamina. After the two weeks, I went right into the Lifestyle Diet Plan and continued to lose weight each week. At the 2-month mark I saw my doctor and weighed in 20 lbs. lighter and my cholesterol had dropped 100 points into a healthy range!

Logging my food was an eye-opening experience. I had no idea I was eating so many carbohydrates hidden in my foods. I love how logging my food keeps me accountable, even when I log a ‘cheat’ meal. I recently went on vacation, didn’t log my food and gained 5 pounds, but then dropped those 5 pounds – and more — in less than a week by getting back to logging.

The educational part of my program was a major factor in my success. Mary taught me about the chemicals hidden in the foods I was eating and about the nutritional value of real foods. Learning that made me want to choose real food over processed food. Now it’s fun to discover healthy ways to ‘remake’ my favorite recipes with real ingredients. I also learned that eating a balance of protein, fat, and carbs at every meal is the key to satiation.

After the initial Lifestyle Program (8 weeks) with Mary, I repeated the Lifestyles Program for a few more rounds and ended up losing over 30 lbs., increasing my strength and endurance. I've even participated in several obstacle course races. I'm continuing this lifestyle with the expectation of reaching my goal weight in the next couple of months. Thank you, Mary!

This was finally the plan that worked for me. I had been struggling for years to get my metabolism jump started again. Mary really understands a women's body. She designed the perfect exercise and meal plan for me and took all the guess work out of it. I did not have time to plan every meal and she even includes the recipes that I will continue to use for myself and my family. She is accessible and was very supportive during the entire process.
