Weight Loss Program – Diet and Exercise
Lifestyles Weight Management System is a comprehensive 8 week program that will guide you through making permanent changes in diet and exercise habits to achieve all your fitness and health goals. Loss hormonal weight gain brought on by menopause, thyroid issues or diabetes, improve cardiovascular endurance, reduce or eliminate medications for cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes and best of all improve your golf or tennis game!
Mary will work with you both one on one each week during a personal training session teaching you how to exercise and putting you through a variety of exercises. At home, at your own convenience, you complete the personalized exercise sessions that Mary posts for you weekly in addition to a cardiovascular program she plans for you. Exercises are planned around your access to equipment.
In addition, you receive a personal Lifestyle Diet Plan and Mary follows you every step of the way learning how to incorporate permanent changes into your lifestyle for lasting weight loss and wellness.
