Mary owns and operates, BodyDesigns Ltd., a company whose mission is to help people lose weight and get healthy by making lifestyle changes in diet and exercise patterns. Growing up in a family where what you ate was considered essential to obtaining a healthy weight and body, Mary became passionate about Nutrition.
She attended University of Delaware where she obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and continued on to complete her Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition with an emphasis on Exercise Science, from Rutger’s University.

After 15 years of working solely as a nutritionist, Mary found herself so passionate about exercise that she went back to get her certification as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. For the past 20 years, she has combined these passions of nutrition and exercise to help hundreds of clients not just lose weight but truly find health and wellness.
With so many years of nutrition counseling under her belt, Mary not only develops personal Lifestyle Diet Plans for her clients to follow but acts as their coach, motivating and advising them as they learn to make permanent lifestyles changes. She loves to simplify recipes, making them not just healthy but easy to follow so people can find the time to get back into the kitchen and eat real food again.
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer she works both in person and online with clients as well as developing plans for her nutrition clients to follow on their own. Movement is so important that it must be included in any healthy nutrition plan.
