This recipe for a Chicken Crust Pizza is just one of many ways to make a grain free crust. This one is quick and easy and you can cut it up for the week and prepare it in a variety of ways. Chicken Crust Pizza
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
1 lb. organic ground chicken breast
2 T coconut flour
1/3 cups liquid egg whites or 2 egg whites
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
½ tsp. red pepper flakes.
In a medium size bowl mix together all ingredients. Using a fork spread it out evening to cover the entire cookie sheet. Batter will be thin but will cover.
Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy it hot by topping it right away or cut it up for meals during the week.
