Here’s a quick and easy way to cook scrumptious eggs ina hurry.  This is a great for breakfast, after your workout or even a meal as you can add whatever you want to make your egg bowl unique.

1/2 cup egg substitute or egg whites

1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese

Optional – vegetables, cooked meats such as leftover turkey tacos, etc

Take a microwavable bowl or large mug and spray it with Pam.  Add 1/2 cup egg substitute or egg whites to the bowl and microwave for 1 minute on high.

Remove egg bowl and add desired ingredients and mix them around.  Put bowl back in microwave for 1-2 minutes.  Enjoy with your favorite salsa!
