Gluten Free Banana Oatmeal Cookies
These tasty cookies are low fat, high protein and low sugar. Perfect addition to your clean eating plan, these will quench your hunger for something sweet without adding to your waistline. Grab a few for a healthy snack or as part of a meal. Easy to make and quick to bake! Enjoy!
Gluten Free Banana Oatmeal Cookies
2 bananas, mashed
2 scoops Sun Warrior Raw Blend Protein Powder
1/2 cup GF oatmeal, dry
1/4 cup Gluten Free Flour
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp. stevia
1/2 tsp baking soda
cinnamon to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350.Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Allow it to sit for a few minutes so the oats soak up some of the moisture.
2. Drop by teaspoons on to cookie sheets covered with parchment paper. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are brown.
3. Cookies are soft. Refrigerate to keep fresh.
