The Biggest Loser Contest at Woodmont Golf and Country Club continues with month 2 weigh ins this morning!  Congratulations to Julie who won AGAIN FOR A SECOND MONTH IN A ROW with a weight loss of 11 lbs in 4 weeks!  WOW!  Although all the “losers” are working hard and seeing results, Julie not only gets her exercise in each week but she is almost 100% perfect with her diet and logs her food daily.  That is the key…I can’t say it enough…”LOG TO LOSE”!   I’m thrilled to be able to award her the prize of a Do Not Disturb neck cozy to go with her booties that she won last month.  Congratulations to all the “losers” and I hope that Julie’s success will be a motivation to those that are struggling with their diets.
