Finally, a Diet Designed Around You!
As a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition, Mary has been doing diet plans for weight loss and health for over 20 years. Mary will interview you to determine your likes, dislikes, allergies and health issues related to diet and goals. Based on this information a plan is personalized for you with foods you like and maybe some new foods you are willing to try. Clients are given several options for meals and snacks and taught how to make changes when necessary. Mary will follow your progress by monitoring your food diary and helping you make changes along the way.
Most training packages come with a free diet plan since Mary believes that diet is 85% of the battle with weight loss. Clients not wishing to do personal training can just sign up for a Personalized Diet Plan which can be done both online or in person.
